At Keep Tampa Bay Beautiful, we are committed to restoring and enhancing Tampa’s urban tree canopy. Our Tree Planting Program focuses on revitalizing neighborhoods by planting native trees that improve air quality, provide shade, and support local wildlife. By partnering with community members, local organizations, and volunteers, we aim to replenish Tampa’s tree coverage, ensuring a healthier and more vibrant city for future generations. Join us in our efforts to bring back the beauty of trees and restore Tampa’s green spaces—one tree at a time!
Plant Your Heart Out
Plant Your Heart Out is a community-driven initiative designed to empower neighborhoods and residents to create greener, more sustainable spaces through tree planting. This program is open to residents of the City of Tampa and offers two ways to get involved:
🌳 Neighborhood Association/Group Form – Designed for a neighborhood representative willing to host a tree planting initiative in their community.
🏡 Resident Form – Individuals interested in receiving a free tree (or trees) must complete this form to assist with planning and logistics for distribution day. Each resident must call 811 before planting.
Whether you're organizing a neighborhood-wide effort or simply looking to enhance your own yard, Plant Your Heart Out is here to help bring more greenery to your community!

Tree Dedication Program
We are no longer accepting requests for bench dedications or new tree dedications at this time.
We are focusing on existing trees and our newly planted trees apart of our Trees 4 Tampa initiative to replenish the trees lost in Hillsborough County following Hurricane Helene and Hurricane Milton.
